Mit der VAG_Rad App kannst Du rund um die Uhr ein Fahrrad in der Flexzone oder an festen Stationen ausleihen. Die App zeigt Dir immer wo sich Fahrräder in Deiner Nähe befinden. Außerdem kannst Du mit der App Dein Kundenkonto verwalten, Dich über News informieren, Feedback geben und unseren Service erreichen.

Ausleihen und zurückgeben: Wenn Du vor dem Fahrrad stehst, dann gib die Radnummer ein oder scanne den QR-Code – und schon kannst Du losradeln. Wenn Du das VAG_Rad zurückgeben willst, dann ruf Deinen Standort per GPS auf und wähle die passende Station aus oder stelle das Rad ganz einfach in der Flexzone ab.

The bicycle of the VAG Nuremberg

With the VAG_Rad app you can rent a bike around the clock in the Flexzone or at fixed stations. The app always shows you where bicycles are located near you. In addition, you can use the app to manage your customer account, inform you about news, give feedback and reach our service.

Borrow and return: If you stand in front of the bike, then enter the bike number or scan the QR code - and you're free to go. If you want to return the VAG_Rad, then call up your location via GPS and select the appropriate station or simply turn off the bike in the flex zone.
